Standby Letter of Credit - SBLC Lease

SBLC Lease for One Year One Day :

Transaction Procedure:
1. Buyer submits LOI with full banking coordinates, Client Information Sheet, Passport Copy,
Non-Solicitation Statement, Corporate Resolution (if applicable), Certificate of Incorporation,
Irrevocable Fee Protection Agreement and an Authorization To Verify Funds (ATV).

2. Upon successful due diligence and allocation of the BG from the relevant issuing banks,
the seller will countersign the LOI with full banking coordinates.

3. Within 3 banking days, the Issuing Bank will send Pre-Advice Swift MT-799 to the
Buyer’s Bank (Please see Exhibit “A“ below for verbiage).

4. Within 3 banking days after authentication of Pre-Advice Swift MT-799, the Buyer will
issue ICBPO of Invoice Price by swift MT799 to seller’s bank. (Please see Exhibit “B“ below
for verbiage).

5. Within 3 banking days after authentication of ICBPO, the Issuing Bank will issue
Confirmation Swift MT-760 to the Buyer’s Bank (Please see Exhibit “C“ below for verbiage).

6. Within 7 banking days after authentication of MT760, the Buyer will pay the Invoice Price
to the Seller.

7. At the same time, the Buyer will pay 2% of Face Value commission to the Intermediaries
Paymasters in accordance with the Irrevocable Fee Protection Agreement which is an integral
part of this transaction.

8. Within 7 banking days after authentication of payment, the Issuing Bank will send the hard
copy of the BG to the Buyer’s Bank by bank bonded courier.

9. Any unauthorized calls by any party or its representative lawyers to probe or communicate
in an improper way to bank(s) in this transaction shall be prohibited and contract terminated.
