PROCEDURE:
1. PARTY „A“ AND PARTY „B“ EXECUTE THIS DEED OF AGREEMENT (DOA)THEREBY MAKING IT A FULL RECOURSE CONTRACT. WITHIN 3 BANKING DAYS  UPON  COUNTERSIGNATURE  OF  THE  DOA,  PARTY  „B“  WILL DEPOSIT LC CHARGES OF 6% AMOUNTING TO $19,600 (APPROX. €15,000) IN THE NAME OF M/S (Lender) BEING THE BENEFICIARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRANSACTION. THIS DEPOSIT
SHALL  BE  MADE  EITHER  BY  BANK  TRANSFER  OR  CASH  AGAINST RECEIPT TO BE ISSUED BY THE LENDER.
2.  UPON  RECEIPT  OF  LC  CHARGES,  PARTY  „A“  SHALL  IMMEDIATELY ORGANIZE ISSUANCE OF DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOUR OF  THE  SUPPLIER  WHOSE  PROFORMA  INVOICE  IS  ATTACHED.  THE DOCUMENTARY  LETTER  OF  CREDIT  SHALL  BE  ISSUED  WITHIN  3-5 BANKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF LC CHARGES.

How to Proceed the transaction:
1. Send us following documents for issuance of contract and invoice through our Email.

c. Sale Purchase Agreement
d. Performa Invoice
e. LC verbiage
f. If Possible (Comapny last Year Balance Sheet)

2. We issue Contract + Invoice direct from the lender, You submit the LC charges.

3. The DLC will be issued in 3 - 5 banking days.
