PROCEDURE:
1. PARTY „A“ AND PARTY „B“ EXECUTE THIS DEED OF AGREEMENT (DOA)THEREBY MAKING IT A FULL RECOURSE CONTRACT. WITHIN 3 BANKING DAYS UPON COUNTERSIGNATURE OF THE DOA, PARTY „B“ WILL DEPOSIT LC CHARGES OF 6% AMOUNTING TO $19,600 (APPROX. €15,000) IN THE NAME OF M/S (Lender) BEING THE BENEFICIARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRANSACTION. THIS DEPOSIT
SHALL BE MADE EITHER BY BANK TRANSFER OR CASH AGAINST RECEIPT TO BE ISSUED BY THE LENDER.
2. UPON RECEIPT OF LC CHARGES, PARTY „A“ SHALL IMMEDIATELY ORGANIZE ISSUANCE OF DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT IN FAVOUR OF THE SUPPLIER WHOSE PROFORMA INVOICE IS ATTACHED. THE DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT SHALL BE ISSUED WITHIN 3-5 BANKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF LC CHARGES.
