We have investors who will fund any project on joint venture basis up to 95% of cost. The Investor 50% share of the project. No upfront fees are charged. No interest payable.
If the borrower must satisfy the follow requirements:
1 - Submit brief details of the Project as per attached form for initial assessment.
2 - CIS ( Client Information Sheet )
3 - The borrower must contribute 5% of his money towards the project. Minimum - contribution is $5 million. Proof of funds owned will be required i.e. latest bank statement.
4 - Following the above, the borrower must submit a Feasibility Report of the project.
5 - Sign a Fee Agreement with us for sourcing/ arranging the funds.
Note:
Power Projects
The investor will fund 100% of the project cost if the borrower has power purchased agreement (PPA).
We can also fund project against bank guarantee from AA rated bank or against government guarantee.
